Otava of Ann Arbor promotes Austin Cook to vice president of finance

Otava, an Ann Arbor-based custom and compliant hybrid cloud solutions company, announced the promotion of Austin Cook to vice president of finance and controller.

In this role, he will lead the finance, accounting, procurement and business operations/billing functions of the business.

Since joining Otava in 2019 as Corporate Controller, Cook has been responsible for developing the budget, supporting the strategic planning process and implementing effective financial controls to help the business to achieve its goals. He was also instrumental in Otava’s successful acquisition strategy.

Cook holds a bachelor’s degree from Concordia University and a master’s degree from Liberty University. Cook is a Chartered Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
