CLA Partners with Concannon Miller, a Top 200 Accounting Firm


Top 10-ranked accounting firm CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) announced this morning that it will merge Bethlehem, Pa.-based accounting firm Concannon Miller on November 1.

Concannon Miller, which also has an office in St. Petersburg, Florida, was ranked No. 191 in List of INSIDE Public Accounting’s Top 500 Companies in the United States by turnover. In its last fiscal year, the company grossed nearly $22.7 million.

When complete, the merger will bring CLA’s membership to more than 330 in Pennsylvania and more than 450 in Florida. CLA has more than 7,500 employees nationwide.

Incorporated in 1962, with roots dating back to the 1920s, Concannon Miller has grown into a full-service tax, accounting and advisory firm, with clients ranging from large private manufacturers and distributors to small and medium-sized businesses, including McDonald’s franchisees. families and associations.

CLA is the ninth-largest accounting firm in the United States by revenue, according to INSIDE Public Accounting, raising nearly $1.5 billion in its last fiscal year.
